Good Environment, Tough Projects
When I started here, it was the best place to work. But after a CEO change, a lot of lawsuits, and of course the war, Hungary started to get less money, unfortunately. However, the environment and the close management are awesome.
The split of Kyndryl and IBM was the worst project I've been on. It's like a nightmare.
After that, IBM decided to move to cloud. We got HALF A YEAR to move all of our tools to cloud. It's the second nightmare.
Also, Arvind said he does not want to speak about inflation.
The company is too PC; they just ruined IT terminology by replacing "slave" with "child," and "whitelist," "blacklist."
Also, the Hungarian salaries don't really follow the market. They're average.
Plan better, please.
