Long work hours, sometimes 60-70 hours a week with no extra pay.
No standard work hours. You sometimes need to give an explanation why you cannot work from 7 am to 8 pm. Which company in the world makes 12-13 hour working days mandatory?
Pay better and treat employees like humans.
