Seems like it lost its direction in 2013, seeing lots of chaos and turmoil, the worst in 20 years since Akers

Pros

Smart engineers, but the best don't stay more than 5 years or so.

Salary is fairly competitive over the past 10 or so years.

Cons

US jobs are moving offshore faster and faster.

In 2013, there was a lot of confusion to implement new CEO mandates.

Management plainly does not care about the people or engineering anymore, just the bottom line.

I predict in five years, there will be a bunch of executives in the US watching a few thousand Asian workers produce 90% of their software. Seriously, that is the trend.

Advice to Management

Put some real engineers in executive ranks if you are serious about being a technology company, instead of sales and marketing heads.

Realize that product development scattered across multiple timezones is terribly inefficient and not conducive to quality, sense of ownership, or pride. There is no team spirit anymore. You are losing great minds and ideas walking out the door because of the chaos and constant movement of projects offshore.
