It feels like you are being pushed over. There is a set agenda which is pushed to you, where your opinion doesn't count.
There is a lot of politics and chaos, where making people happy superficially is important to pursue one's own career. Management is highly selfish and is sitting to take advantage of people.
The Program Director is good for nothing and expects others to move mountains.
Walk the talk. Just don't talk about hard work but also do the hard work. Be fair and stop favouritism at all levels. Build a good organization.
