Great Coworkers, Low Pay
The people at IBM are some of the most motivated I have come across. IBM has selected the cream from the pool of job applicants and chosen the best people. That is why working for IBM is very easy, because your co-workers are very motivated and efficient at what they do.
The pay is not that great.
For a multi-billion company, IBM India does not pay up to the industry standard.
The company should increase the pay that it pays to its employees.
Please improve the pay for the more hard-working employees, at least. Also, there should be more training for new employees.
