Great work-life balance. Nice office. IBM is a great place to work.
Politics in Giving Work & Hikes.
Manager takes feedback but doesn't do anything about it. Manager just sits on top and does nothing.
Compensation: People with less experience are getting paid more and even get good hikes because they flatter the Manager. Employees who work hard for IBM aren't appreciated because of politics.
Reduce Politics and Partiality
Reshuffle Managers
I had completed the first round and am now waiting for the second round. The questions were easy. She also asked me about the Linux OS. She gave me two coding questions and asked about memory segments.
The initial process will be an online test. After that, there will be three rounds: two technical rounds and one HR round. These will mostly check your DS knowledge, the latest Java version features, and design skills.
Mostly, questions were asked about resumes and previous projects. Basic technical questions were asked from BRF+, Smartforms, and Enhancements. It felt more like a discussion rather than a formal interview.
