- The job never gets stale. If you don't like the project you are in, find and join a new one.
- Career advancement paths are clear for techies and consultants.
- Training and certification are encouraged.
- Work-life balance: My managers understand that I have a family.
It's a consultancy. IBM is trying to get more tech people, but it's not there yet.
Salary is not so competitive, but a little less than the best.
