Employee Friendly Environment
I have been working at IBM for the past three years, and it's a joy working in such an employee-friendly environment. This is primarily due to two reasons:
- The employee benefits that the company provides.
- The internal technical growth that the company provides in the form of certifications, technology seminars, and workshops.
Overall, I am content with the company's work culture and the flexibility it provides to its employees.
Bonuses could have been better.
Nothing much.
