Simple and easy recruitment process. A vast range of possibilities career-wise. Employee-friendly environment. The honesty and transparency during recruitment.
The location of the office makes it slightly harder to commute to. Cabs should be offered to employees for their commute to their workplace.
I have recently been recruited by IBM, so I'm not entirely familiar with the ways of IBM, but till now the entire recruitment process has been very smooth. I am looking forward to joining and contributing to this company.
