I applied for the position of "Senior Software Engineer" on IBM's career website.
I received a phone interview call after a month. After the phone interview, I received an onsite interview email a month further.
The interview was very easy, with nothing difficult, and consisted of basic behavioral questions. However, when I received the offer, I noticed that the job title had changed and they had removed the word "Senior" from it.
After analyzing the offer thoroughly, including the benefits details, I realized that it was not competitive with respect to the market. Hence, I decided to decline it.
