IBM has great technology that is interesting to work with and develop. The work is challenging and makes good use of people's skills.
There are not always enough people to get the job done. Development is somewhat hampered by a lack of resources. Negative morale with the threat of resource actions.
Concentrate on making the best product that best meets the need of the customer, rather than which lines of business to sell and how much of the workforce to layoff.
Hello, I interviewed at IBM. The initial round was telephonic, and the interviewer asked me a few basic questions that anyone with two years of experience would know. Those questions were very easy. Once I cleared that, they asked me to appear for
Good interview, relaxed and calm environment. Four 45-minute rounds: * 3 coding rounds * 1 behavioral round, which was more of a conversation with the interviewer. This also included whiteboard system design questions.
The interviewer seemed inexperienced and wanted bookish answers only. It was not too difficult, but I recommend reading through streams and DS algorithms for round 2. You should be prepared to give bookish answers here. They want the final solution
