Flexibility (home office, flexible hours).
Good retirement plans.
Low salary Average health plan (Real) low and flat bonus No stock option bonus
Company is always studying ways to reduce costs and from time to time they cut employee benefits, such as free parking, coffee, and health insurance.
Much better payment for software engineers (50%+).
Better bonus and stock options.
Employee performance no longer affects the yearly bonus. This has to be changed urgently, otherwise you'll keep losing talent.
