Internal processes are a bit chaotic, which does not allow full capitalization on the R&D and pipeline of great innovations. Pockets of nepotism, which is growing like cancer.
Need to be more focused and stop doing the same things and running the same initiative through multiple groups. Need to be better coordinated at higher levels.
Need to retire the old guard who cannot think beyond a "my product line" mentality. Need to curb the growing cancer of nepotism. Hint: watch for unnatural clusters of people from the same background.
