Despite having all the policies and practices right, you might still find out a person as manager/colleague who drives things his/her own way :)
Please align yourselves with proven IBM policies and practices while working with employees and clients, instead of unfairly experimenting with your own ways.
Face-to-face interview. Skills assessed: Technical, Project Management, General, and Management. This was a scheduled interview. Multiple rounds of interviews were conducted. Air travel fare was provided for the final round of the interview. Ove
The swift interview process included one-to-one and group exercises. Progression from telephone to face-to-face interviews was quick. However, the feedback process was poor, and I had to keep chasing after a long wait.
The interview was nice and well-structured. I received questions on Object-Oriented Programming concepts, C++, and more. Questions from MATLAB were also asked. Overall, the interview questions were moderately difficult.
