Pros: Great legacy and history. Ability to move around and work in different areas and develop new skills. Still some of the better benefits in industry.
Cons: This company has become run by accountants who fire good people indiscriminately. Management scrambles quarter to quarter. You will spend most of your time reporting internally instead of doing real work. They are so focused on getting "younger" they ignore everything else.

Pros: IBM takes Diversity and Inclusion very seriously and puts in the effort to create diverse teams.
Cons: IBM does not care about its resources. It constantly overpromises and underdelivers. Raises and bonuses range from 0% to 1%. You are not rewarded for your performance, so most employees put in minimal effort.

Pros: Very professional team. Management understands the complexity of the project and sets reasonable goals for an efficient solution. The collaborative team and each team member look for ways to satisfy and exceed customer expectations in all phases of solution engineering.
