The sky is the limit to what you can achieve at IBM. One week's worth of work gives you one month's worth of experience if you worked with another company. The passion for being great is addictive, and IBM is the place to be for it.
Like any other big enterprise, there is a lot of fat in the system. I wish I could remove this fat.
