People are lovely, and the community is excellent.
Business leaders control salary increases, which tie the hands of service unit leaders from giving pay rises.
It's not a good look flying out top-performing employees to America when other employees don't even meet market rate pay.

I was good. The interviewers were great. There were no unnecessarily complicated technical questions, just questions based on the CV. They also asked questions about the job role and answered very helpfully. I really enjoyed the interview.
