Very good development projects and less support projects. Can work from home depending on the project. Easy to get released from a project and find another project. Can be on the bench for a longer duration without fear of layoff. Much stable and tension-free job environment.
Employees with more than 5+ years of experience at IBM India think of it as a government job.
Salary is too far below the market rate.
Too many managers.
Like any other mass recruiter in India, it's bad for freshers.
IBM India is like most Indian service companies.
Make it more like IBM US, which is a top research company.
