The process went very well. I had a total of three exams and two in-person interviews. Every round of exams was an eliminatory round, and I survived all three rounds and successfully completed both face-to-face interviews.

The first interview was a phone call. The second interview began with a meeting with the head of the local practice, which was very positive. The third interview was a three-hour coding test. I could bring my laptop and any textbooks I wanted, and
