I got to the assessment centre stage and waited 4 months for an invite. Then, I was told that I am no longer being considered. It was not my fault, as they had already filled all of the available roles for this year.

The process was very long, but rewarding nonetheless. The initial application and the wait, although both were long, the experience of interviewing at Hursley was awesome. The assessment centre was challenging and tiring, but fairly chilled. I would
