Good life/work balance. Work with clever people. Good experience for a while.
Too many boring meetings. Increase your experience in products and frameworks used only inside IBM. PBC system not useful at all. Always pushing you to take over extra work. Some projects are not very challenging.
Less speeches and meetings, more technical work.
