- Opportunities & recognition for innovation
- Plenty of platforms to express your ideas and talent outside regular projects.
Haven’t seen much cons.
- Hikes and promotions might take little time in certain projects/business units.
- Bangalore has the best opportunities. Certain locations have limited openings.
