There are different programs to update your skills.
I have felt racist behavior, indirect comments on Indian colleges, and about COVID in India from EU employees.
Most Indian employees' wages are less compared to other countries (EU). We can see dominating behavior from them.
They make indirect comments about power cuts and Wi-Fi issues, which happen in India.
They feel like bosses.
Please go to some projects which are from the USA.
Do not join EU nations' teams.
Not everyone will be the same; it's just my friends' and my experience.
Please explain about respecting others during hard times. Although the salary of Indians is less, we work more than them.
Please advise not to make racist comments.
