There are a lot of talented people, and you can always learn from them, both from career and personal perspectives. In addition, many community events were conducted in the company. This makes you proud of being an IBMer outside of work.
The lack of a team environment is a result of big corporations. Other than this, it is all good. I had a great time at IBM.
