Good company, good work-life balance.
Not great pay, not very fast-paced.
Pay better, and show more appreciation to employees.
I had applied online and waited for about a month to get a reply, followed by a week for feedback. The first step is the OA. If you pass, you will get a phone interview.
It was a technical interview. First, they described their product. Then, they asked about basic OS concepts and design patterns. Next, I was asked to code some algorithmic questions. After that, I asked about the job responsibilities.
I just finished the challenge, and it was a lot harder than I expected for a front-end dev. I encountered FizzBuzz, object/array/string parsing, and Tic-Tac-Toe. There were also a few video questions, such as "Why are you a good fit for this team?"
