Pros

Low turnover rate, leading to a lot of time to form friendships. A prestigious company with a lot of influence over the world.

Cons

Much of the cutting-edge technology has been moved to Kyndryl. Employees are encouraged to work on additional projects and technology so that the company can take advantage of your intellectual property, while the only thing you receive in return is a pat on the back. Much of the internal infrastructure is based on antiquated strategies, and teams suffer from poor management. Compensation is below average.

Advice to Management

Attempts to inspire/motivate employees are non-existent. The company needs leaders who are still sharp and ambitious, not managers who just used to be good developers decades ago.
