Often conducted via phone or video and lasting around 15–20 minutes, this stage helps recruiters quickly assess whether your skills and experience align with the job requirements. It's primarily about checking basic qualifications on paper.

First, we took the online test, which was simple and easy. It included aptitude and coding questions. Then, there was an interview round that revolved around the resume only. The interviewee was very encouraging.

3 rounds: 1 design, 1 analytical, 1 hr/manager. All of the interviews were very well explained as they went, and they had their own challenges. I got an internship offer with a full-time job.
