Pros

About the best work/life balance in the industry. Compensation is about average, but flexible work hours, work from home, time to grow your career, and not a lot of pressure from management makes it a good place to work.

Cons

Stacked ranking breeds a culture of employees that try to work on many items at the same time, with little to no deep results on any single one.

Advice to Management

Focus on better compensation relative to other high-tech companies.
