Working in consulting is horrible, as the 44 weekly hours are sold to the client and you end up being charged for internal activities that have no connection to the client, which should be done during working hours. To get a promotion or salary increase, you need to sell your soul to IBM, as only training and high-value, quality deliveries for the client are not enough.
