Pros

The management of IBM is very bad. Even after making employees undergo business conduct guidelines, the manager is always shouting, bullying, and abusing the team. Instead of understanding the real blockers that the team faces, all they know is shouting, abusing, and asking team members to work late and on weekends to deliver things. No right.

Cons

The management of IBM is very bad. Even after making employees undergo business conduct guidelines, the manager is always shouting, bullying, and abusing the team. Instead of understanding the real blockers that the team faces, all they know is shouting, abusing, and asking a team member to work late and on weekends to deliver things.

No right support, knowledge training, or knowledge transfer is being given to employees to enable them. Only too much expectation and results, followed by abuse, shouting, and hurting the person.

Not a great team to work in at IBM. Everyone follows the same, and so much abuse is being tolerated with no action being taken.
