Good experience, resume builder, lot of smart people. If you are lucky enough to be in a good department or group, you'll have exposure to great projects and meaningful work, which offers lots of potential for recognition and growth.
That said, it's very hard to grow. The opportunities don't present themselves very often, and management seems to want to keep you where you are instead of helping you grow.
Do a better job. Care about the employees. Don't be selfish. Show your appreciation. Don't micromanage and recognize those that work hard.
I was contacted directly by the recruiter, and scheduling was very smooth. There were a total of three interview rounds. The whole process took about two weeks, which covered coding, algorithms, and behavioral standard questions. It was not hard.
I had some crisis management questions and how I solved them. I had a 1st phone interview, then a one-to-one. Four people interviewed me and they asked about how flexible I am working in different time zones.
Easy interview process. Why do I have to type 30 words just to use this website to check on companies? Lord Jesus, have mercy. I just want to see reviews.
