- Good team, great culture. Developed the first product inside IBM CIO and scaled it well too.
- Provided you join the right team, you will get to learn and work on a variety of tech stacks.

- Salary under par compared to industry standards.
- Product development can only be successful if you join IBM Software or Research organizations. Consulting might be possible, but I'm not too sure. However, if any other organization claims product development, that is not true.
- Withdrew Oreilly subscription that was given for free.
- Forced to work on sub-standard developer tooling after the consolidation process was conducted. This was one big reason why I left.
Keep up the good work, but try to listen to the devs sometime.
