IBM

My previous company only transferred us from my company to IBM. There was no interview process for us. We became directly on the payroll of IBM and continued working for my previous company.

I was interviewed during campus selection at my college. There were three tech rounds, followed by one managerial round. The questions were basic technical ones. A written round preceded the one-on-one interviews.

One aptitude test and one vocabulary and e-mailing test. Both were online tests. The aptitude test was for an hour, while the other was 20 minutes long. Whoever cleared these rounds would almost get into the company, unless they made some blunders.
