Interesting technological environment with a lot of potential that can be improved. The pay is okay, but reliable. For example, no short-time work during Covid. Great colleagues!
Payment okay. It will be moved to another location at the end of 2023. Therefore, little has been invested in the current location in recent years. Coffee, snacks, etc. are paid for with a canteen card. No free-for-all like in other IT corporations.
Process-heavy. Finance has a firm grip on the company and regularly prevents business travel (must always be justified with a direct financial benefit). It also provides little budget for external training or conferences. It is better to take all of this into account during salary negotiations.
