IBM came to the university for the Emerging Leaders program. I was interviewed on campus by an IBM representative and later called to their RTP campus for an onsite discussion. The discussion was primarily on my technical background.

The interview was good, and the questions were technical and tedious. It was conducted over the phone. The interviewer asked about my past experiences and posed questions based on them. Overall, it was a nice experience.
