As an intern, they really help to focus on the "intern experience" by providing ways for you to grow your network and experience what it's like to be a working professional. You are also expected to know nothing when you first start, so that is very nice. Also, depending on what team you work for, the working environment is very laid back, which is nice. The pay is based on credits completed in school, too, so as you earn more credits you get the chance to increase your compensation.

After applying online, a month and a half later I was called to schedule an interview. The interview occurred over the phone, where I spoke with two managers in a conference call. After the interview, I was asked to complete an online aptitude test
This was a very simple interview process. There was a personal interview and two one-on-one technical interviews. The basics were asked, as it was an entry-level job.
