Salary, work flexibility, great managers, and team.
Very little recognition, low yearly bonus, and raises as of the last few years. There have been consistent layoffs due to the company transitioning at this time. Would like to see more accepted tuition assistance for employees. In some areas, it can be difficult to advance.
Value the more experienced employee.
