Leaders need to retire because they don't understand technology well. Work-life balance is good due to no work.
Everyone is making fools of others.
Leadership needs to change at this place, and people are not getting work at all here. One more thing: the people are fake with their technical skills here, and they need to be reevaluated.

The whole process was smooth. It started with a one-on-one round and proceeded with a managerial round. The HR and interviewers were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience as a candidate.
