Good company, lots of things to learn.
Little underpaid, good balance.
The recruiter was really nice and transparent. The interviewer was also nice and gave multiple pieces of advice for future interviews for new grads. Overall, a great experience interviewing at IBM.
The interview process consists of four major rounds: 1. Aptitude: (Number Series - 18 questions) + (Other aptitude topics - 18 questions) (2:14 minutes per question) 2. Communication: (22 questions, 20 minutes) 3. Programming (1 question) + Technica
Professionally, the hiring process was slow. Everything went well, but as I mentioned, the process was really slow. You need to have a lot of patience, or not be in urgent need of a job, in order to have a good hiring experience with this company.
