The hiring process for graduate programming involves submitting your CV and academic results. An online numeracy, literacy, and word problem-solving test is required. This is followed by a face-to-face interview.

I was sent a technical test to complete, on HackerRank, I believe. I had a week to finish it. It is important to practice these tests regularly.

The interview process started with basic OOP concepts, leading to an in-depth implementation of ArrayList and BST concepts, focusing on their most effective usage. There was also a portion covering DBMS knowledge.
