Thank you for helping build the culture. I wish there was less corporate bureaucracy, which often limits efficiency. Of course, some of it is required and critical for the work that you do.
Please consider the ethical and moral aspects and long-term effects of AI. With great power comes great responsibility, and I am not yet sure if the human race is ready for AI.
