The online interview consisted of answering two questions through a third-party testing software. It wasn't too complicated and targeted the areas specified for the job position. This was a fair process to see if candidates met the necessary skills

1) Phone interview with hiring manager. 2) On-site interview => least technical and challenging out of all the other interviews I've had with other companies.

HackerRank presents very standard LeetCode questions at their core, but with some finicky permutations. The platform includes a very odd personality quiz at the beginning. This seems like a low-effort and ineffective way to screen candidates.
