It's a famous brand. It's always good to know that you are from IBM. When I go back to my home country, people think I have a good career at IBM. However, if you know what's inside, you're no different compared to software engineers in similar small companies. They can get their voice heard by the senior management panel, while in IBM, you can only complain to your wife.
It's good for fresh graduates. Stay two years and find a better place to start your real career.
They care your ages, not your ability.
Let capable people be the manager, not old people.
