Good working atmosphere. Colleagues are polite, and the boss is nice. You can request to work from home if you have any family issues or are uncomfortable. There are plenty of vacations here, and your boss encourages you to take them if your project is not busy.
My salary is below market, and I'm not excited about what I've done. I need to work overtime during weekends and public holidays.
