After the initial online application stage, I was given an online test to complete, as well as a competency form to fill in. You can't revise for the test, but it requires you to think analytically and mathematically, as you have to recognise pattern

The process consisted of four phases: * Two group exercises * Two interviews The first group exercise included a presentation, while the second was a logic exercise. The interviewers were friendly and welcoming.
