Startups are scared to hire anyone from IBM.
Too much bureaucracy, no technical learning, forced to use IBM products, which are junk.
Managers are puppets and just do what higher management asks them to, without reasoning.
Do not have directors make empty promises to direct reportees if you are going to not fulfill them.
