Just your typical interview process. First round was me recording myself answering questions about DevOps in general and about myself. Second interview was a coding challenge. The third round was a video call with an IBM employee.

I was very professional, but that was based on how much research and preparation I had done beforehand, which set me up to do well. Some of the questions asked were easy to answer if you had done a little research and preparation beforehand.

The interview process consisted of three phases: * One from recruiting. * One from technical. * One from Human Resources. The technical interview was a questionnaire that was relatively simple and basic for a mid-level position. The interview
