Quality of coworkers. Some really great people still work there, but probably not for long.
Management is totally focused on financial engineering instead of product engineering. This has led to poor/nonexistent morale and high-quality employees leaving in droves. The development team is a shell of its former self, probably too damaged to be repaired at this point. IBM can only be considered a last resort employer.
They don't listen, so this is a waste of time. Too busy counting the bonus money while Rome burns around them.
