Need to know how to play the game
Flexibility - the ability to make up time and work at home.
You can be a dedicated, bright, and productive employee and be treated like crap in return. There is some kind of game you need to play to have your hard work acknowledged. Unfortunately, I do not know how to play the game and work hard only to be treated very poorly by my management.
Give employees credit for using their skills to help others. In the long run, it is more productive for the company. Stop rewarding those who are only in it for themselves.
