Good, but it can definitely be much better
A lot of opportunities to grow from a knowledge perspective. A lot of opportunities to move to a different team that might work on things that are more attractive to you.
It's hard to get anything other than what's provided. You want a raise...you cannot because it is a freeze time or no one else is getting it. You want a promotion...you cannot because you need to make this file that every other manager has a different opinion of what it's supposed to contain. But, to be honest, cannot is not exactly true. You will get one, just not as fast or as smooth as I would have liked.
Also, the environment seems to be a bit unstable.
